Are these physical products?+
No. Everything is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped to you.
How do I get my download?+
After checkout, use a web browser to visit Etsy → You → Purchases → Download Files. Etsy’s app does not support downloads.
What software do I need?+
You’ll need a PDF reader. Some kits include workbooks that open in Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice — this is always noted on the product page.
Are these kits for non-technical people?+
Yes. Every kit uses plain language and clear steps. You do not need coding experience or a technical background.
Where do I get support?+
For product or order questions, send a message through Etsy. It is the quickest way to get help and keeps your order details together.
Can I share or resell the files?+
No. Your purchase is licensed for use in your own business only. Please do not share, redistribute, or resell the files.
Do you offer refunds?+
Digital sales are final unless the files are corrupted or materially not as described. If something is wrong, message us on Etsy so we can help.
