Small Business AI Automation Blueprint

What this changes

Small-business owners get pitched AI tools daily, but need a disciplined way to decide what to automate, whether AI is even needed, and what the payoff would be. This replaces guessing with a decision system.

What’s inside

• Blank Workbook (Excel) — 10 guided sheets: Start Here, Business Profile, Workflow Inventory, AI vs Automation, ROI Calculator, Workflow Mapper, Automation Blueprint, 30-60-90 Roadmap, Dashboard, and Decision Checklist.
• Complete Example Workbook (Excel) — the same 10 sheets filled out for a fictional company, so you can see realistic answers and how the numbers react.
• Manual (PDF, 41 pages) — a field-by-field implementation guide covering every sheet, input, formula, and next step.
• AI Workflow Analyst Prompt Guide (PDF) — prompts that turn an AI assistant into a workflow analyst.
• 50 Small Business Automation Examples (PDF) — practical ideas across departments to spark your inventory.

What you’ll be able to do

• Inventory 10–20 recurring workflows and score them objectively.
• Tell AI-suitable tasks apart from plain-automation tasks.
• Model ROI in time and money before building anything.
• Map a future-state process and produce a build-ready blueprint.
• Sequence implementation on a 30-60-90 roadmap with a readiness check.

Who it’s for

Small-business owners, operators, managers, and consultants who want a defensible automation plan. No technical background needed — if you can use a spreadsheet, you can use this.

Who it’s not for

Anyone looking for a magic “AI does everything” button. This is a thinking tool first; the building comes after the decision.
